Utilities -> Clinic -> City Setup
Click [Cleanup all unused cities]. A message will tell you how many cities are not used and will give the option to remove them. Click [Yes]. This is also the screen you would correct a spelling error or add a new city.
Utilities -> Clinic -> City Merge
In the drop down menu select city to move from & to, click [Merge].
