Billing/Payments/Items/Third Party

__ Updated TELUS setup screens to help with where to find info on the TELUS Portal.
__ Updated Checkout Wizard so 3rd Party Payr list matches sort order of list in Patn menu.
__ Updated 3rd Party Billing to look at total being billed vs. amount remaining - so that even if each billing is within availability, an error will still be thrown if the total exceeds what is available :)
__ Resolved issue with double items being shown in No Show Billing screen.

Email/SMS

__ Added Email Queue Flush to see emails in the Queue & alter as needed.
__ Added trailing vbCrLf stripping to all portions of the email to try to help with Shaw emailing issues.
__ Modified Email editing to update Email Queue if a change is made - allowing you to correct wrong email addresses while an email is having issues sending :)
__ Resolved issue where dbl-clicking on attached file was not opening the file.
__ Resolved issue adding email address when patient already has multiple FOB addresses.
__ Resolved some issues in Mailing List screen - confusing texting validation for emails.

Online Booking

__ Added OB *Held process to automatically hold appt spaces for new patients, patients with comments, and patients who are inactive. This is important due to automated processing & how the OB booking works for these situations. We defaulted the setting in System Settings to Yes by default to turn it on for everyone but you can turn it off if desired.
